Does Apache log anything for client side err_connection_reset

We have a slew of clients (around 200) all using a web tool on our network via safari or chrome. Seemingly all clients will start getting this error together then suddenly stop. There are no logs in Apache for this right now. Is there something we can enable to see this issue server side?

We are trying to troubleshoot the whole path from client, to data center, load balancer and finally Apache server. We have noticed it only happens with requests to a PHP script. All requests so far for js, CSS, HTML work, but the data we were able to collect from clients is a pretty small sample size of 3.

We are using Apache on windows with PHP 5.6
