Installing an Aurelia web application on a web server other than ones for the turorial

I am studying Aurelia following the starter kit. In detail, I have selected the option of TypeScript and I complie them in Visual studio 2015. At present, the example applications work well on the local web server, IIS. Now I want to test it on an internet web server where I usually put my static html files and some php and ruby pages. Probably, the server is an apache managed by some IT company.

As I am very new to this field, I just plan to put the top folder of the local file system together with its all sub folders into somewhere in the web file system of the internet server. Then the question is, will it work normally? I feel other options are too complexed for me to achieve at present. Or is there other simple alternative way?

I read a similar question here, but the anwer instruction is to difficult for me.

Aurelia.js pushState doesn’t seem work with nested routes – static resources are lost after refresh

My routes:

[domain]/manage
[domain]/manage/clients
[domain]/manage/users

I've got pushState set to true.

Here's my htaccess:

php_value max_input_vars 10000;
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*) /index.html
AddType text/css .css

This worked perfectly in my Angular 1.x app. Moving to Aurelia it works at the [domain]/manage level but not at the [domain]/manage/clients level. Everything works just fine at all levels until you are two nodes deep into a route and you hit refresh, then suddenly it fails completely.

I've even tried using a node server (spa-server) with exactly the same results. Once you go more than one level deep the static resources can no longer be found. So it can't even bootstrap.

Any thoughts?

How to deploy a web application Aurelia in an Apache server?

To try, I used the latest "aurelia-skeleton-navigation 1.0.0-beta.1.0.1".

To deploy the Aurelia web application in an Apache server I used "gulp export" command and I copied the contents of the "export" in the "www/html/myapp" directory !

So, the welcome tab works fine, but not the "github users" tab !
The error is :

ERROR [app-router] Error: XHR error (404 Not Found) loading http://localhost/myapp/jspm_packages/github/github/[email protected] Error loading http://localhost/myapp/jspm_packages/github/github/[email protected] as "github:github/[email protected]" from http://localhost/myapp/dist/users.js Stack trace: [email protected]http://localhost/myapp/jspm_packages/system.js:4:12750 e/http://localhost/myapp/jspm_packages/system.js:4:13275

what have I missed ?
