Can a webserver receive non ascii text for parameters (in post and get requests)? Let's look at this example string in its different forms:
Hex : b2d69c928bdeadf968c0 ASCII : h UTF-8 : ֜ ޭ h
Where the UTF-8 version is send to a web server. Let's say something like this:
POST /test/demo_form.php HTTP/1.1 Host: w3schools.com parameter= ֜ ޭ h
Will most webservers throw a server error?
Is this a general thing? Or only occurs for a webserver X? (apache/ningx,...)
