BUILD FAILED

I was searching the internet for a solution, I also checked the Line where the Error apears it seems to be something wrong with the ClassPath but i don't know how to fix it:

    def ratClasspath = project.configurations.rat
    antBuilder.withClasspath(ratClasspath).execute {
      ant.taskdef(resource: 'org/apache/rat/anttasks/antlib.xml')
      ant.report(format: 'xml', reportFile: xmlReport) {
        fileset(dir: ".") {
          patternset {
            excludes.each {
              exclude(name: it)
            }
          }
        }
      }
    }
  }

I also found this http://creadur.apache.org/rat/apache-rat-tasks/ where it is written how to install it but I have no clue where to put those xml-s.

Apache samza grid comand is not recognized by cmd

I want to get started with Apache Samza. Now i am folowing the instructions on the Website for the hello-samza project (http://samza.apache.org/startup/hello-samza/0.14/). My problem is that i need to download, install, and start ZooKeeper, Kafka, and YARN with the grid comand. But if i enter the comand bin/grid bootstrap Windows CMD just says it doesn't recognise the comand. Anybody know what to do in this situation?

Thx
