Access Denied on all Admin Pages in Drupal 7

I have installed Drupal 7 on a sub domain caihr.sieaegroup.com. I closed the browser and now am unable to log in to any of the admin pages. I get no login form and I am not using the default theme.

I have cleared cookies, tried different browsers but nothing works. Am I missing something? Do I need to update the .htaccess file?

This is the second time I have been down this road. The first was to reinstall drupal and start from scratch without logging out or closing the browser but I few this is not the right solution.

Any Help is welcomed.

access denied apache virtual host

I have been searching google and stackoverflow for answer on my problem but could not find anything. I am a newbie with these things. we have a number of domains registered for our website so I point all of those to our web host server. all the domains i tried were working fine using and aliasing except with the www.'domain name' when I go to the website, it gives me this error "Access denied for user 'ubuntu'@'localhost' (using password: NO)'. I tried creating a test.'domain name' and it worked fine. Can someone help me with this? I don't think it's a MySQL issue as I don't have a 'ubuntu' user on the database but the other domain can view the website properly. Thanks in advance!

Apache mod evasive leads to permission denied of index.php

For security reasons I installed the apache modules security and evasive. No I get sometimes the Error

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

The logfile of apache shows me: [Tue May 12 14:42:32.825039 2015] [evasive20:error] [pid 27443] [client 192.168.32.22:51305] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/test/index.php, referer: http://test.domain.local/index.php

I know it is important to secure Apache Webserver. But this error makes qualified working not possible. How can I prevent from this error? If I deactive the module with a2dismod evasive, the error does not come up.

Thank you.

How can I get google proxy servers to ignore parts of my site?

I am using drupal and in my watchdog log entries, I have the following IP addresses trying to access parts of my site that they shouldn't be. They get logged as "access denied". Normally, I would just block these IP addresses, but after looking them up, I found that they are google proxies. The hostnames look like this google-proxy-66-249-83-213.google.com.I have the parts of my site disallowed in my robots.txt file. When I go to google webmaster tools and test the robots.txt file it confirms that it cannot access those urls.

Offending IPs:

66.249.83.213
66.249.88.227
66.249.88.223
66.249.88.225
66.249.83.207

What can I do to stop them from trying to access those parts without restricting them completely? Is there something I can put in my htaccess file or something? Anything I can do?
